About the Role

We’re looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Collections Agents in Fort Worth, TX. This is an entry-level, high-risk collections phone role , where you’ll work assigned accounts, assist team members as needed, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience with a globally recognized financial services organization.

Training & Work Model

• Training: 3 weeks of onsite classroom training (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Onsite Requirement: Fully onsite for training and until you can work independently.
• Hybrid Option: Once established, you may work 1 scheduled day from home per week .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound manual and dialer calls with customers.
• Collect payments on active and closed accounts (past due balances, lease-end charges, deficiency balances, or total losses).
• Negotiate payment solutions and follow up on pending arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call.
• Manage a queue of assigned accounts and support teammates as needed.
• Perform skip tracing when customer contact is difficult, including locating collateral and assigning repossessions if applicable.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to resolve escalated issues or complaints.
• Maintain compliance with corporate standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and training material.

Qualifications

• Required: HS Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1–2 years of collections experience required, preferred in the automotive industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
