Position: CAD Operator / Draftsman / Draftswoman
Supervisor: Creative Director
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Creative Director, the CAD Operator will be responsible for drafting detailed technical and production drawing sets for the production team to follow and fabricate. This may require measuring various builds to quality check for accuracy. This person will also be tasked with various projects to assist the Creative Director, including use of CNC, 3D printing or other automated fabrication technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Technical drawing sets and specifications, overseen by the Creative Director
· 2D/3D CAD Drafting
· CNC Coding and Operating
· Unit and Build measurements
· Project documentation and as built specs with shop and fabrication team
· Work with shop/fabrication team to make sure drawings are interpreted correctly and implemented to the professional Brewco Marketing Group standard
Preferred Education or Experience:
· 2 year Technical Certification or Degree or 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
· 2-5 Years of experience
Preferred:
· AutoCAD experience
· Experience with CNC/CAD Cam software and coding
· Technical drawing experience
· Experience with fabrication
· Self-motivated and fast paced
· Dependability
