Help Redefine Dementia Care in Connecticut and Beyond
About Pansy Homecare
Connecticut is the 7th oldest state in the nation, with nearly one in five residents aged 65 or older and more than 91,000 seniors living with dementia. Families, often led by a spouse or adult daughter, are struggling to find reliable, dementia-trained caregivers while juggling work, family, and their own health.
Pansy Homecare exists to solve this problem. As the nation’s only Purple Flag–accredited homecare agency and New England’s only Positive Approach to Care–designated organization , we deliver proven dementia expertise in care, coaching, and consulting that turns family stress into confidence and relief.
By expanding across four additional Connecticut branches by December 31, 2029 , we aim to meet the state’s rising demand while redefining what exceptional dementia care looks like. Supported by our Purpose Filled Care model and a clear competitive edge, Pansy Homecare is positioned to reach $26 million in annual revenue while improving quality of life for thousands of families.
