As a Bilingual Spanish Agent at Afni, you handle inbound customer calls for a leading insurance provider, offering product consultations and tailored solutions to meet clients' insurance needs. You provide exceptional customer service by educating policyholders on available insurance products, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upsell. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset within a fast-paced environment.
Our Bilingual/Spanish Representative team starts between $37,000 - $40,000 per year ($16.50 - $17.75 an hour base wage and an additional $.50 an hour in onsite differential plus $1 language differential) plus bonus.
We host walk-in applicants on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop by our location at 7810 E Escalante Blvd. to apply and interview on the spot.
