About the job

The client is a top-rated law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota that has helped thousands of injured people around the country obtain justice for nearly 40 years. Seeking a 1-3 year Associate Attorney to join the team. This position will be primarily focused on litigating personal injury cases, client contact, and writing.

All candidates should have:

• Strong writing skills

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Desire to advocate for clients and see value of their case

• License to practice law in at least one state. Attorneys licensed in Minnesota are preferred. You must be in good standing with the bar.

• Motion practice

• Ability to self-motivate

• Solid work ethic and integrity

• High level of professionalism

• Ability to work collaboratively with others

• Thrive in the dichotomy of a process-driven, structured environment and the unpredictable nature of the practice of law

Ideal candidates might also have:

• Previous experience in personal injury law

• Previous experience in customer service
