Our client, a real-estate investment firm in Washington, DC, is looking for a direct hire Assistant Property Manager to join their busy team! If you are detail-oriented and enjoy providing high-level customer service with 3+ years of property experience, apply now!

Responsibilities:
* Greet tenants, coordinate tenant events, and manage all aspects of tenant relations.
* Manage the day-to-day operations and oversee maintenance operations.
* Work with tenants on requests; collaborate with maintenance to ensure requests/concerns are handled.
* Process invoices, prepare the annual budget, and handle accounts receivables.
* Provide support to the leasing office, monitor vacant spaces, and ensure lease terms are adhered.
* Participate in emergency training and ensure that safety programs are in place and meet all legal requirements.
* Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of property management experience is required; commercial property experience a plus!
* A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite as well as familiarity working with a database.
* Personable and polished with a passion for providing high-level customer service.
* Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.

Position Information:
* Salary range of 70K-$85K (DOE).
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
