Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking Agile, ADO, and Smartsheet Transformation Coach to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be pivotal in driving a holistic transformation, blending Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps automation, and Smartsheet's collaborative work management capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, coaching expertise, Agile knowledge at a team to enterprise level, and has a passion for optimizing workflows and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Transformation Coach.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet solutions.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps tools, and Smartsheet functionalities.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Skills:

• Expertise in Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
• Ability to integrate multiple platforms.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe certifications) are highly desirable.
• Azure DevOps certifications are highly desirable.
• Smartsheet certifications are highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Holistic Transformation Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy encompassing Agile, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet best practices.
• Guide teams in integrating these tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate organizational impediments to transform success

Agile Coaching and Mentoring:

• Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile principles, practices, and values (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Design and deliver tailored Agile training and workshops.
• Promote self-organization and empower teams to take ownership of their work.

Azure DevOps Integration and Optimization:

• Leverage Azure DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and enhance software delivery.
• Guide teams in effectively using Azure Boards for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Optimize Azure Repos for version control and collaborative development.
• Integrate Azure DevOps with Smartsheet to streamline workflows and improve visibility.
• Help teams to utilize Azure test plans to increase test automation and test coverage.
• Must have hands-on experience with ADO tool administration.

Smartsheet Implementation and Optimization:

• Design and configure Smartsheet solutions to meet specific team and organizational needs.
• Train teams on Smartsheet best practices and features.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Azure DevOps and other tools to create seamless workflows.
• Help teams to utilize Smartsheet for project and program reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Training:

• Collaborate with development, operations, project management, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Provide training and mentorship on Agile, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create Documentation for training and best practices.

Measurement and Reporting:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Generate reports and dashboards using Azure DevOps and Smartsheet data.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
