Detailed Job Description :

• Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer
• Create and rewrite of current manufacturing planning work instructions to include detailed installation, processes and procedures, specifications, and quality inspections.
• Customer specification interpretation
• Updating the BOM to the current Engineering and planning manufacturing standards.
• ROS Conversions which involve Creating Material Masters, Revise Material Masters, Viewing Display Material for Reference, Engineer Chance Master, and using different T-Codes
• SAP Long Text must be reviewed by analyzing Engineering Drawings, Catia Models, OEM parts list and Standard Specification
• Create and Review Graphic Work Instructions, assembly methods to support production flow of aircraft components.
• Using the established manufacturing planning process flow, sequence in a define routing order, develops Graphic Work Instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and Bill of Material
• Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer
• Minimum years of experience: 5-10 years
• Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
