Position: Social Worker (LMSW)/Intake Therapist (Full-Time) 
Location: Northline Southgate, MI 48195 | On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (some evening/weekend hours required)

 

Compensation:

• Fully Licensed: $28.90 – $38.89/hour
• Limited License: $26.68 – $35.91/hour

Overview:

Seeking a master's-level Intake Therapist to conduct mental health assessments for adults, adolescents, and children. Role includes determining service eligibility, developing safety plans, and facilitating access to treatment and supports. Services are provided in-office via scheduled and walk-in appointments.

 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.)
• 1+ year of post-master’s clinical experience with adults
• Must obtain QMHP and QIDP within 120 days
• Must hold or be on an approved CAADC plan within 6 weeks
• Strong assessment, documentation, and engagement skills
• Cannot accept candidates requiring sponsorship or on student/work visas
