SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW
INSP, a top 10 Nielsen-rated TV Channel, and Imagicomm Entertainment, a premier studio production company is in a search of a dynamic and positive team player, who is passionate about TV, film and media. This individual will be supporting the head of Worldwide Distribution (WWD) in distributing and marketing the INSP channel and its original TV/Movie content produced by Imagicomm Entertainment. INSP’s distribution affiliates include domestic as well as international partners including Comcast, Netflix, Amazon Prime, TubiTV, Roku, Peacock, Spectrum, DirecTV, Dish, AT&T and others. This position requires an individual who possess skills listed below, to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Department.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Administration/office management: Support and coordinate administrative tasks as required, including 1 SVP, 2 VPs and 1 Manager.
· Interdepartmental Liaison – manage and facilitate projects between marketing, research, public relations and programming departments.
· Coordinate Events – WWD department travels often in general. This candidate will help coordinate and assist numerous events and shows throughout the year.
· Budget – He or she would be the point person for requests from finance and managing department expenses.
· Presentations: Create customized presentations as needed by SVP and serve as point person for Affiliate Marketing and Creative during the quarterly updating process.
· Correspondence: Communicate with affiliate contacts at all levels, to include Divisional, Regional, State and individual system. Draft correspondence as needed, i.e., letters, memos, etc. for SVP.
· Sponsorships/Registrations/Membership: Submit sponsorship/membership/registration check requests with justification and event date/check due date in a timely manner.
· Trade News: Review trade publications and update pertinent information as it relates to Affiliates.
· Miscellaneous: Willing to help in any way, including request from other Departments, such as Finance and/or Legal.

· Proficient in MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac (keynote) a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 3+ years of administrative assistant experience or equivalent preferred.
