About the Role As we move to deliver our vision of becoming a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture, Gap Inc. is looking for a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant adept in written and verbal communications who can seamlessly integrate advanced technology skills with emotional intelligence and strategic thinking. This position will support multiple leaders within Gap Inc.'s Global Technology Solutions team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in our digital transformation, not only managing tasks but acting as a strategic enabler-amplifying productivity, streamlining operations, and anticipating business needs. You will use Microsoft 365 company-approved AI tools to automate repetitive work, generate content, and ensure leaders are prepared, aligned, and empowered to lead at their best. What You'll Do Coordinate complex calendars using AI-powered scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft company-approved AI tools, Viva Insights, company-approved AI tools). Utilize advanced written and verbal skills to communicate through PowerPoint, excel and visualizations. Draft communications, synthesize meetings, and prepare materials using company-approved AI tools and company-approved AI tools in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Automate recurring workflows (e.g., meeting agendas, action trackers, communications) using company-approved AI tools. Serve as a trusted thought partner, filtering priorities and helping leaders stay focused and aligned. Handle logistics for internal and external events and meetings-prioritizing flow, experience, and impact. Support domestic and international travel planning and expense reconciliation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date org charts and team documentation using digital tools. Who You Are Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive leaders in a global corporate organization. Strong communication skills both verbal and written with executive presence and technical expertise. Digitally fluent with a growth mindset; you learn fast and leverage technology to work smarter. Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to build trust and influence across levels. Operationally excellent; you bring order to complexity and a proactive lens to every task. Adept at managing ambiguity, solving problems, and improving processes with curiosity and creativity. Experienced in supporting tech, product, or digital teams-ideally in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Proven ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate international travel arrangements, and process detailed expense reports with high accuracy and efficiency Learning agility to use company-approved AI tools to summarize internal documentation, find resources in real time, compile summaries, track key meeting discussion points and automate task workflows.
